Delete Your Account

To delete your Gainwisely account and the data associated with it, email us at hello@gainwiselyapp.com from the email address your account is registered under, with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We will action your request within 30 days and confirm by reply once the deletion is complete.

Deletion is permanent and removes your login, profile, workout programs, workout history, personal records, and body-weight logs. Workouts already written to Health Connect or Apple Health stay on your device and can be removed from those apps directly. See the privacy policy for full details on the data we hold.
